CloudTechX (CTX) writes to inform you of a data security incident involving unauthorised access to company data.

On 6 April 2026, CTX identified a suspicious email from an external party alleging unauthorised access to its systems. CTX has since confirmed that unauthorised access to a database containing a subset of data has occurred. Based on current investigations, there is no evidence of broader unauthorised access.

Upon identifying the incident, CTX immediately initiated its incident response procedures and secured the relevant dataset.

At this stage, CTX has not been able to determine the specific information that may have been accessed or obtained by the external party. However, the affected dataset includes customer identification information which may include your name, date of birth, residential address, and identification document details.

As a precaution, we recommend remaining alert to any unsolicited communications and exercising caution before providing personal information. CTX will not request sensitive information (such as passwords or verification codes) via unsolicited email.

CTX is continuing to investigate the matter and is meeting its regulatory obligations.
